Add your company logo to the outlet's lobby screen and community board for RM240 a year, plus 6% SST. Virtual Office members can also add phone extensions at RM240 per extension a year.

Questions about WORQ virtual office

What is a virtual office?

A virtual office gives your business a mailing address and services such as mail handling without renting a dedicated office. WORQ's plans also include a day pass each month, WORQ credits and facility discounts. The Virtual Office plan adds phone services.

How much does it cost?

Virtual Office Lite costs RM1,200 for a one-year membership, equivalent to RM100 a month. Virtual Office costs RM2,400 a year, equivalent to RM200 a month. Both are paid upfront for the year. Optional extras cost more, and your final total is shown in the booking form.

Can I use the address to register my company with SSM?

No. WORQ's virtual-office address is for business mailing and correspondence only. It cannot be used for SSM incorporation or registration, local-authority matters, or licensing and regulatory applications.

How will I receive my mail?

Our reception team receives letters and parcels at your selected outlet and notifies you when they arrive. You collect your mail from that outlet.

Does every plan include a phone number?

No. Virtual Office Lite covers the business address, mail handling and the listed workspace benefits. The Virtual Office plan adds a fixed-line number, call forwarding, one extension, a virtual assistant, mobile app management, free incoming calls and 404 free outgoing minutes each month.

Can I use a workspace or book a meeting room?

Both plans include one day pass and RM50 in WORQ credits each month, plus a 10% discount on meeting rooms and event spaces. Ask our team about the conditions for using your credits, day pass and discounts before booking.

When does my membership start?

Select your start month in the booking form. Your membership begins on the first day of that month and runs for one year. Review the displayed start and end dates before paying.

Do I need a virtual office or a physical workspace?

Choose a virtual office if you mainly need a business mailing address and mail handling. If you need a desk more often or a private space for your team, compare WORQ's hot desk and private office memberships.
