WORQ Intermark offers a range of membership options to suit the needs of our members. Prices start from RM700 per month for hot desking, and RM1070 per month for a dedicated desk, and RM1170 per month for a private office.

Yes. Members can apply for Season Parking Pass at RM250 per month.

Parking Rate at Intermark Mall:

Mondays to Fridays (7.00AM to 4.59PM): RM5 for first two hours, RM4 for every subsequent hour. Capped at RM30 per day.

Mondays to Fridays (5PM to 6.59AM): RM5 per entry per day.

Saturdays, Sundays and Public Holidays: RM5 per entry per day.

Yes, WORQ Intermark provides event spaces and meeting rooms that can be booked for one-time events or meetings. These spaces are equipped with a wholesome of features to accommodate your needs.

WORQ Intermark offers additional support to its members, including on-site staff for assistance, and a lively community that encourages collaboration and networking. Additionally, we organise networking events and provide a supportive environment for businesses to thrive.

We are open 24/7, with staff available to assist you from 9 AM to 6 PM, Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays).

Air conditioning in our spaces starts from 8am – 6pm on weekdays and 9am – 1pm on Saturdays excluding public holidays. Additional hours are RM120/hour.

Yes, you can bring visitors 3 visitors at a time for maximum of 3 hours.

Yes, members get RM20 one-off during first signup. The printing fee is RM0.10 for black & white and RM0.50 for color on A4 paper.
