Is a virtual office a physical space?
A virtual office is not a physical space. It provides businesses with a professional business address, mail handling, and occasional access to meeting rooms or other services, without the need for a dedicated physical office. It’s ideal for remote teams or individuals who need the benefits of a formal business presence without the costs of a full office space.
What does a Virtual Office membership include?
- Mail Handling Service: Subscriber can send any mail, parcel, or letter to the subscriber outlet. Our reception staff will collect it on behalf of the subscriber and notify the receiver.
- Professional Business Address: Subscribers can use the subscribed outlet address as their business address.
- Discount on Meeting Rooms & Event Space: Subscribers can enjoy 10% discount in booking any meeting & event space of all WORQ outlets.
- Access to Events: Subscribers can access to all WORQ events, for example: networking events.
- Call Forwarding: Ensures calls are routed to the appropriate department or individual.
- Call Recording: Allows businesses to monitor and evaluate interactions for quality assurance and training.
- Digital Receptionist: Manages incoming calls, greets callers, and provides options to enhance the customer experience.
What are the differences between Virtual Office and Virtual Office Lite?
- Virtual Office Lite (RM100/month): Includes a business address, mail handling, one Day Pass usage per month and RM50 WORQ Credits monthly, discounts for meeting rooms and event hall, and access to WORQ events.
- Virtual Office (RM200/month): Offers everything in Virtual Office Lite and AstriCloud services which include a landline number, free incoming and outgoing calls (404 minutes), call forwarding, digital receptionist, 1 free extension, virtual assistant, bundled apps.
What is Astricloud & how does it work?
- AstriCloud™ is a leader in cloud-based services for business and offers a wider range of communication technology. Astricloud provides businesses an upgrade to a more modern, flexible communication system without the complexity of managing traditional PABX hardware.
- It provides professional services for individuals or businesses seeking the appearance of a landline presence. For instance, customers can obtain a local +03 KL number, which seamlessly redirects to their mobile number when dialed, providing a reliable and professional communication solution.
- It provides bundle apps for call management, call recording, call history, as well as free minutes from mobile phone
- It provides Call Forwarding and Extensions: Users can set up fixed line numbers with extensions and call forwarding features, ensuring that calls can reach the right person even when they are not physically in the office.
How often will my mail be forwarded?
Our front desk will receive the mail or parcel on your behalf and we practice self-collection from our members. We will notify you on the same day the mail is received and you can collect them from our reception at your convenience.
Will receptionists answer the phone in my company name?
All calls will be directed to the dedicated number provided by you and answered by you or your dedicated team members directly.
Is there a contract commitment period?
The minimum contract period is 12 months, and payment is to be made yearly in advance. Every renewal would be a minimum of 12 months rolling.
What are the available locations for virtual offices?
Virtual Office is available at all WORQ outlets except WORQ Mutiara Damansara and WORQ Pulau Perhentian. You may view all the locations here.
Are there any discounts for existing members to subscribe to a landline?
Enjoy special rates of RM100/month for existing members who subscribe to the AstriCloud landline service.
What is WORQ Credits and how does it work?
Each WORQ Credit is equivalent to RM1, WORQ Credit can be used to pay for a meeting room, event hall, and day pass. If members have insufficient WORQ Credits, they can still book meeting rooms online and will be invoiced at the end of the month.
Each Virtual Office package includes RM50 WORQ Credits per month. These credits can be used for various services within WORQ. For example, if you book a meeting room that costs RM60 per hour, the RM50 WORQ Credits will be automatically deducted, and you’ll only pay the remaining RM10.
Please note that these credits are valid only for the current month and cannot be carried over to the next month. They will automatically renew each month as part of your 12-month contract, ensuring you always have credits available for your needs.
Will my Virtual Office membership be prorated based on my starting date?
No, our virtual office memberships do not operate on prorated dates. The membership start date will always be set to the 1st of the month when the membership is first activated, regardless of the actual activation date.
Can I have some physical presence in the outlet where I have an active Virtual Office membership?
Yes, at the community board of your chosen WORQ outlet, your company logo will be prominently displayed. This initiative is designed to enhance collaboration among community members within our WORQ spaces. The annual cost for this logo placement is RM240.
