Our parent company in Japan is also a startup and does not prefer the traditional office setup. Instead, we are drawn to the kind of working environment and atmosphere provided by coworking spaces like WORQ. That’s why we chose WORQ in TTDI, renting a space that fits four people. We were among the first tenants at WORQ Subang and have been operating here for about five years. Initially, we rented a small space that could only fit 4 to 5 people. Now, we’re in a larger space that accommodates around 20 people. There were three main reasons we switched to a coworking space: it offers lower long-term operational costs, it’s easier to recruit talent here, and the coworking environment fits the needs of today’s modern workforce. Naturally, one of the advantages of coworking spaces is the flexibility to scale operations up or down. The lease terms are also more adaptable, which suits businesses that prefer asset-light models.Furthermore, this office space is located right next to the Subang LRT station, making it convenient for young people who rely on public transport.

We were lucky as when we reached out to WORQ, they were expanding to a new floor and we managed to secure an office space for 26 pax + a meeting room for 8 pax. WORQ provided us a fantastic office, from end to end, and of high quality too. This allowed us to focus on getting our own work done. Since we moved in, WORQ is still expanding and making it so easy for new set ups who do not need to worry about renovations, furnishing, pantry supplies, and cleaning services. WORQ made my life so much easier!
