Flex Desk Key Benefits & Definitions

Flex Desk

Add-on product to existing Private Office, Hot Desk, Dedicated Desk subscription. Every Flex Desk comes with an access card. All team members are allowed to rotate and access the coworking space on different days, maximizing the usage of your subscriptions on Private Office, Hot Desk or Dedicated Desk.

Shared Seating

Team members can share the seats subscribed freely as long as it is within the seats capacity.

Flex Desk Quotas

Flex Desk Quotas will be allocated for every Flex Desk subscribed, shared among the team as a pool quota, and be utilized when the number of people coming in for a specific day exceeds the seats capacity.
