WORQ's rates depend on the hall, seating layout and rental period. For example, Hall 3 or Hall 4 at Sunway Velocity, Level 14, is listed at RM950 for a fixed weekday half-day session or RM1,900 for a weekday full day. How many people can the halls accommodate?
Capacity depends on the hall and furniture layout. For example, the KL Sentral Event Hall accommodates up to 100 guests in theatre seating, 60 in classroom seating or 40 at cluster tables. TTDI's Full Hall with Lounge accommodates up to 130 guests in theatre seating.
What is included with the hall?
Wi-Fi, seating arrangements and AV facilities are available at WORQ event spaces. Tell us which presentation equipment, microphones, tables and other items you need so the team can confirm the inclusions and any extra charges for your chosen hall.
Can I book a half day?
Yes. Fixed sessions run from 9am to 12:30pm, with setup from 8am, or 2:30pm to 6pm, with setup from 1:30pm. You can also explore flexible five-hour and full-day options in the price checker.
Can I host an evening or weekend event?
Select "Beyond standard hours" in the price checker to explore evening, weekend and public-holiday options. Confirm the event schedule and any additional charges in your quote.
Can you arrange catering?
You can explore a hall and F&B package or ask about WORQ's panel caterers. If you prefer your own caterer, a RM100 administration fee applies in the price checker. Confirm any other catering requirements with the team.
What extra services can I request?
The price checker lists options such as registration and F&B tables, a whiteboard, flip charts, ushers and additional meeting rooms. Some carry a separate charge. Include your requirements in the enquiry so they can be reflected in the quote.
How do I check transport and parking?
Open the location page for your shortlisted venue to review its address and travel information. Check the route and parking arrangements for that particular building before sending directions to your guests.
