Why a Transit-Linked Workspace Saves Your Day
KL traffic is unpredictable and parking is expensive. A workspace you can only reach by car costs you time every morning and a parking fee every day, and client meetings turn into traffic gambles.
A workspace next to a train station changes that. Step off the MRT, LRT or KTM and walk straight in, meet clients between train lines, and never think about parking. A WORQ Hot Desk is RM300/month all-in, or RM40/day with zero commitment, across a transit-oriented (TOD) network where every outlet sits steps from a station.

Step Off the Train, Straight to Your Desk
Every WORQ outlet sits within a short walk of a station, and several are directly linked through a mall or building. That makes a car-free commute realistic, keeps client meetings on time, and turns the daily drive into train time you can actually use.
11 WORQ Locations, Each Near a Train Station
Every WORQ outlet across Greater Kuala Lumpur and the Klang Valley is walking distance to a station, which makes WORQ Malaysia's largest transit-oriented (TOD) coworking network. Pick the one on your line.
1-Year Cost: WORQ vs Driving to a Car-Only Office
A train-linked workspace can save on parking and fuel as well as time. Assumptions: one full-time member, 1-year horizon. WORQ figures are exact; driving and home-office figures are typical estimates for comparison only. Numbers rounded for clarity.
| Option | Monthly (all-in) | Upfront cost | 1-Year Total |
| Car-only office + parking and fuel | RM500+ (incl. parking and fuel) | RM0 | RM6,000+ |
| Home office + better setup | RM200 (utilities + upgrades) | RM3,000 to RM6,000 | RM5,400+ |
| WORQ Hot Desk (full-time) | RM300 | RM0 | RM3,600 |
| WORQ Hot Desk + All Access | RM400 | RM0 | RM4,800 |
| WORQ Dedicated Desk | RM500 | RM0 | RM6,000 |
A full-time WORQ Hot Desk can cost less per year than driving to a car-only office once parking and fuel are counted, with business-grade internet, meeting rooms and a 20,000+ member community included.
Which WORQ outlets are near a train station?
All of them. Every one of WORQ's 11 outlets across Greater Kuala Lumpur and the Klang Valley is walking distance to an MRT, LRT or KTM station, and several are linked directly through a mall or building.
Which station is closest to each outlet?
Stations range from KL Sentral and Abdullah Hukum to TTDI MRT, Maluri, Bandar Utama MRT, Universiti LRT, PWTC LRT and the Subang Jaya interchange. Tell our team your line and we will point you to the closest outlet.
Can I commute car-free?
Yes. Every outlet is built for a train commute, so you can leave the car at home, skip parking fees, and use the journey as time you can actually work or rest.
How much does it cost to work at WORQ?
A Day Pass starts at RM40/day, a Hot Desk is from RM300/month, a Dedicated Desk is from RM500/month, and a Private Office is from RM500 per pax/month. Internet and common areas are included.
