Free Day Passes at WORQ on 26–27 May: Stay Productive During the ASEAN Summit
In light of the upcoming ASEAN Summit, several major roads in Kuala Lumpur will be temporarily closed to facilitate the arrival of international delegates and ensure the smooth running of high-level discussions. In response, the Prime Minister has encouraged businesses located in affected areas to enable remote work arrangements for their teams.
To support this national initiative, WORQ is offering free day passes at all locations on 26th and 27th May. Whether you need a quiet space to focus or a fully-equipped environment to collaborate, our coworking spaces are ready to support your productivity during this period.

1. Eligibility
This promotion is open to all individuals aged 18 and above, including non-members, who are interested in experiencing WORQ’s coworking space.
2. Campaign Period
The Free Day Pass is valid only on 26th and 27th May 2025.
3. Redemption Limits
- A maximum of 20 Free Day Passes will be issued per WORQ outlet per day, on a first come, first served basis.
- Each individual may redeem only one pass and choose only one outlet for use across both days.
- Multiple redemptions or bookings at multiple outlets will not be accepted.
4. Usage of the Pass
- The pass grants access during standard operating hours: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM.
- Facilities include access to hot desks, Wi-Fi, pantry amenities (free-flow coffee and snacks), meeting rooms (subject to availability), and shared relaxation areas.
- This pass is valid for one person only and is non-transferable.
- Visitors must present a valid confirmation email and identification during check-in.
- The pass has no cash value and is not exchangeable for other benefits.
5. Redemption Process
- Passes must be redeemed online via https://worq.space/event/day-pass
- During redemption, users must enter the promo code: ASEANDAYPASS to receive access for both days.
- A RM20 refundable deposit will be collected upon arrival. This will be refunded when the access card is returned to the Front Desk at the end of the visit.
6. Referral Program Integration
- WORQ members who bring a friend using the Free Day Pass are eligible for the RM 3,000 Member Referral Program if the referred guest proceeds to book a private office, dedicated desk, or hot desk plan after their visit.
- Standard referral program terms apply. Referrals must be registered in advance through WORQ’s official referral form.
7. General Terms
- WORQ reserves the right to amend or cancel the promotion, terms, or conditions at any time without prior notice.
