2. How to Redeem Your Free Day Pass

Redemption is simple and fully online. Walk-ins are not accepted.

1. Click the “Redeem Your Free Day Pass” button below.

2. Select your preferred outlet: Bandar Utama or TTDI.

3. Enter the outlet-specific promo code.
   (Bandar Utama : YEOCD2025BU , TTDI : YEOCD2025TTDI)

4. Complete the online form.

5. Check in with your confirmation email on your selected day.

Passes are limited and allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.

3. Terms & Conditions

To ensure a smooth redemption experience, please review the full T&Cs:

• Promotion valid from 8–31 December 2025.

• Applicable at WORQ Bandar Utama and WORQ TTDI on weekdays only.

• Each individual may redeem one (1) pass per outlet, capped at two (2) total redemptions during the campaign.

• Redemption is strictly online; walk-ins are not allowed.

• A separate redemption is required for each outlet.

• Passes may be used according to the weekly rotation schedule (non-consecutive use allowed).

• Each outlet has a limit of 20 passes, first come, first served.

• Pass is valid for hot desk access (9AM–6PM).

• Includes pantry access: coffee, tea & snacks.

• Passes are non-transferable and not exchangeable for cash or other items.

• Open to the public except WORQ staff and campaign partners.

• WORQ may amend or withdraw the promotion without prior notice.

• Standard day pass policies apply.
