Terms & Conditions of Use — WORQ Day Office

Overview

The WORQ Day Office provides a private enclosed workspace for individual professionals and small teams. Each booking entitles the user to a 4-pax furnished office for one business day.

  1. Rate: RM160 per 4-pax private office, per day
  2. Operating Hours: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM, Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays)
  3. Available Locations: TTDI, Bandar Utama (BU), KL Gateway (KLG), and UBP outlets

Booking & Payment

Booking Policy — Prepaid and Confirmed

  1. Full payment is required to confirm the booking.
  2. The rate applies per 4-pax office, not per individual.
  3. Bookings are processed on a first-come, first-served basis.
  4. Bookings are non-refundable.
  5. A booking may be rescheduled once within 30 days of the original booking date.
  6. WORQ reserves the right to adjust Day Office availability at any time based on outlet capacity and operational requirements.

Usage Policy

  1. Each Day Office accommodates a maximum of four (4) persons.
  2. Users must maintain a professional and orderly environment at all times.
  3. External visitors are not permitted without prior approval from WORQ management.
  4. The office must be kept clean and returned in its original condition.
  5. WORQ reserves the right to reassign or withdraw access if these terms are violated.

Door Access Code Policy – Security and Validity

  1. A temporary door access code will be issued at check-in.
  2. The access code is valid for the booked date only and will automatically expire at 6:00 PM.
  3. Access codes are non-transferable and must not be shared.
  4. WORQ reserves the right to deactivate or terminate access immediately if misuse is detected.
  5. Where applicable, WORQ may issue a temporary room key upon check-in to allow clients to secure personal belongings when leaving the office temporarily (e.g., during lunch breaks).
  6. The room key must be returned upon check-out on the same day.

Facilities — Standard Inclusions

  1. Furnished private office with desk and seating for up to 4 persons
  2. High-speed Wi-Fi connectivity
  3. Access to common areas, pantry, and lounge
  4. Complimentary beverages available at designated areas

Sales Tour Consent

As part of WORQ’s operations, our sales team may conduct brief property tours for prospective clients during your booking.

  1. WORQ conducts property tours for prospective clients during operating hours.
  2. Tours are supervised by WORQ staff and limited to a duration of five (5) minutes or less.
  3. Tours are conducted professionally to minimize disturbance to occupants.
  4. By confirming the booking, clients consent to this operational practice.

Rebooking and Cancellation Policy — Fixed Conditions

  • All payments are non-refundable under all circumstances.
  • Cancellations and no-shows are not eligible for any refund.
  • Rescheduling is permitted once within 30 days of the original booking date, subject to room availability.

Rescheduling requests must be submitted at least 24 hours before the booked date.

Pass Amendment Requests

Customers may submit a one-time request to amend their booking date, subject to the following conditions:

  1. Advance Notice: The amendment request must be made at least 24 hours before the original booking date.
  2. Timeframe: The new booking date must fall within three (3) months of the original purchase date.
  3. Process: Requests must be submitted via email to [email protected] together with proof of purchase.

WORQ reserves the right to approve or deny any amendment request at its sole discretion.

Liability and Enforcement — Compliance Obligations

  1. Users are responsible for the proper use of all furniture and equipment provided.
  2. Any damage or loss will be chargeable to the user.
  3. WORQ is not responsible for loss or theft of personal belongings.
  4. Non-compliance with these Terms and Conditions may result in access termination without refund.
  5. By proceeding with the booking, the client acknowledges and agrees to any reasonable arrangement, operational change, or adjustment implemented by WORQ when necessary.

Policy Amendments

WORQ reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. The latest version will be available on WORQ’s official website.
