Many of us begin and end a new year with excitement and enthusiasm. We view it as an opportunity to improve our lives by setting new goals and adopting healthier habits. However, what happens when complexities of life show up and the initial energy and excitement fade away? How many New Year’s resolutions ultimately go unfulfilled? What’s the catch to make our new year resolution purposeful, meaningful and ultimately a success?

Facilitator

Chiron Yeng

Chiron is a transformational leadership coach who guides frustrated seekers and burnout overachievers to optimizing wellness and life performance. His certifications include Bachelors in Interdisciplinary Studies, Evolutionary Astrology, Nature Connected Coaching, and the LifeLine Technique. Using his multifaceted certifications, he has created his signature system, LifeQuest which has transformed lives of people from all around the world and it is regarded as “the true essence of self care.”

Jolene Chong

Jolene Chong is an emotional intelligence coach at Taylor’s University, and a mental health advocate/speaker. Fuelled with copious amounts of desserts and an MSc in Mental Health Studies from King’s College London, she is passionate about engaging the public community to meaningfully improve mental health awareness and inclusion. Her past track record includes supervising an ABA therapy team at EAP Malaysia, speaking to companies such as Etika Sdn Bhd, DHL and Emerson, universities such as UiTM and USM, and a publication on the importance of safe spaces in The Star Newspaper.
