Since its inception in 2017, WORQ has successfully launched six new outlets and maintained profitability even during the challenging pandemic period. Building on the strength of its proven business model, Stephanie emphasizes that WORQ is steadily progressing with its expansion strategy, and is on track to double its total space under management to 200,000 square feet by the end of 2023.
With its current asset-light strategy, WORQ has established successful partnerships with real estate firms to repurpose underutilized office spaces into their distinctive coworking solutions equipped with state-of-the-art amenities and a comprehensive platform offering a range of supplementary services for enterprise, SME and startup clients. The latest collaboration with Alunan Resort exemplifies a strategic extension of such collaborations with WORQ’s partners.
WORQ has ambitious plans to extend the convenience and flexibility of WORQ Express to multiple locations across Malaysia. With a strategic focus on untapped markets, WORQ aims to establish WORQ Express in high-traffic areas such as shopping malls, train stations and airports, providing professionals with accessible and flexible workspace options.
