What do I get if I successfully refer someone?

Can anyone submit a referral?
Our referral programme is currently open to members only.
Why do you need my name and email?
This information is required so we can ensure payment is attributed to your account upon successful referrals.
Is there a limit to how many people I can refer?
There is no limit, the more people you refer to WORQ, the more you get rewarded! However, please keep in mind that we would like to bring in like-minded members who will contribute to the WORQ Community. You will also need to be a member of WORQ for at least 1 month to qualify for the member referral reward.
Does my referral get anything?
Your referral will be entitled to a 2-week free trial and officially be a part of the WORQ community, meaning they’ll have access to awesome events, networking opportunities, and our online member network and app. To be entitled to the 2-week free trial, your referral will need to pay a deposit as per our membership terms. This will also be subject to availability.
When will I receive my referral fees?
Fees will be processed in 90 days, provided that the referred member must stay in the space for 90 days to qualify for the referral fee. Payment will be made on the 14th of the following month. In other words, if a qualified referral moves into their space in January and remains in the space for at least 90 days, fees will be processed and paid on the 14th of April.
How will I know if my referral has joined WORQ?
You’ll get an email notification from WORQ as soon as your referral joins our community.
What information do I need to provide to submit a referral?
To submit a referral, we need your referral’s full name, email address, and phone number. Additional information (company name, number of desks, location, etc.) will help us address your referral’s needs.
How can I get help if I have additional questions?
If there’s something we didn’t address above, please reach out to [email protected] and someone from the WORQ team will be in touch to help with any questions or concerns.
Who can I refer?
Someone you know and/or have worked with who you think would be a great fit for the WORQ community. It can be a family member, friend, or someone you’ve met who’s interested in becoming a member. Certain referrals are not eligible for fees, including walk-in referrals, referrals that are current or previous WORQ members, referrals that previously contacted WORQ for memberships or attended a WORQ event, referrals that are a company or entity in which you are a partner, or owner of a controlling interest, a company/entity that is a subsidiary, affiliate, or entity related to you or your employer, or a company/entity with the same parent entity as you, your employer, or any affiliate or entity related to you or your employer.
What products/services can I collect a referral fee for?
WORQ will pay the referral fee for qualified referrals who sign membership agreements for Work from Home/Virtual Office, Hot Desk, Dedicated Desk, and Private Office with WORQ. This does not include Virtual Office.
How long will the referral programme be valid?
There is no validity at this point, however, WORQ reserves the right to discontinue the member’s referral program at any given time. Notification will be given at least 2 weeks to all members before the programme is discontinued.
