Terms & Conditions – Day Pass

1. Eligibility
This promotion is open to all individuals aged 18 and above, including non-members, who are interested in experiencing WORQ’s coworking space during the ASEAN Summit 2025 period. WORQ staff and partners are not eligible to participate.
2. Campaign Period
The Free Day Pass is valid from 23 October 2025 to 28 October 2025, excluding weekends (25 & 26 October 2025).
3. Redemption Limits

A maximum of 20 Free Day Passes will be issued per WORQ outlet for the entire campaign, on a first-come, first-served basis.

Each individual may redeem up to four (4) Free Day Passes, and must select one (1) outlet only for use across all four days.

Non-consecutive use is allowed — passes may be used on any four eligible days within the campaign period.

Multiple redemptions or bookings across multiple outlets will not be accepted.
4. Usage of the Pass

The pass grants access during standard operating hours: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM.

Facilities include access to hot desks, high-speed Wi-Fi, pantry amenities (free-flow coffee and snacks), meeting rooms (subject to availability), and shared relaxation areas.

Each pass is valid for one person only and is non-transferable.

Visitors must present a valid confirmation email and identification during check-in.

The pass has no cash value and is not exchangeable for other benefits.
5. Redemption Process

Passes must be redeemed online via WORQ’s official redemption page: https://worq.space/event/day-pass

During redemption, users must enter the promo code: ASEANOCT2025 to unlock access to the Free Day Passes.

All four passes must be redeemed at the same time for one chosen outlet.

A refundable deposit may be required for issuance of an access card. This will be refunded when the access card is returned to the Front Desk at the end of the visit.
6. General Terms

WORQ reserves the right to amend or cancel the promotion, terms, or conditions at any time without prior notice.

By participating in this campaign, users agree to comply with all WORQ house rules and guidelines during their visit.
