WORQ, Malaysia’s leading coworking and flex space provider, has launched another level at Menara UOA Bangsar (MUB) officiated by the Vice President of MDEC’s Digital Industry Acceleration Division, Ir. Wan Murdani Wan Mohamad. A month before its official launch, the new space has reached a 100% occupancy, underlying WORQ’s growth strategy and highlights the growing demand from landlords and potential tenants for premium flexible workspaces in the Klang Valley.

The expansion comes at a time when the demand for high-quality, flexible workspaces is surging. The new space has achieved 100% occupancy a full month before its official launch, which is a testament to the strong market demand and the confidence businesses have in WORQ’s offerings.

Companies like Artem, Alphabet, Cradle, and Antler have already shown keen interest in the activities within the hub, underscoring WORQ’s role in fostering a collaborative ecosystem that drives business growth.

Another highlight of the day was the exchange of the MOU document between Artem PACE and WORQ, marking a significant collaboration. As part of this partnership, WORQ will be hosting a 10-week PACE Bootcamp, a program designed to empower and equip aspiring entrepreneurs with the essential tools needed to thrive in today’s digital landscape.

WORQ expansion at Menara UOA Bangsar is not just about increasing space; it’s about enhancing the entire work environment. UOA Asset Management Sdn Bhd (UOAAM) has made several significant upgrades to Tower B, contributing to a superior experience for all its tenants. These upgrades include an upgraded lobby and foyer, and a coworking space with meeting facilities, which WORQ has supported to ensure a vibrant and efficient workspace. Additionally, UOAAM has implemented other enhancements such as a dual power source for Tower B, EV charging facilities, easy access to public transport, various dining options, maintenance support, and 24/7 security. These efforts have culminated in MUB Tower B achieving LEED Gold Certification in 2023, underscoring the commitment to sustainability and innovation.
