Where is WORQ located?

On Level 3A of Glo Damansara Mall, TTDI. We are connected to the TTDI MRT Station, close to Tropicana City Mall and next to Damansara Specialist Hospital.

What membership plans does WORQ offer?

  1. Lite Membership – access to the WORQ network, events and services
  2. Hotdesk – a shared workspace in a common area
  3. Dedicated Desk – an assigned space in an enclosed office shared with other members
  4. Private Suite – a fully enclosed, lockable coworking office

How much do memberships cost?

  1. Lite Membership – RM60 per year (RM5 / month)
  2. Hotdesk – starting from RM300 / month (RM10 / day)
  3. Dedicated Desk – starting from RM600 / month (RM20 / day)
  4. Private Suite – starting from RM500 / person / month (RM16 / day)

What does a membership at WORQ include?

  • Essentials-  high-speed secure WiFi + Utilities
  • Fully Furnished Offices- Desks, ergonomic chairs, lockers
  • Community- members physically and digitally connected through our online/offline platform
  • Shared Space- Beautifully furnished/designed conference rooms, coworking offices, lounges, pantry, phone-booths, games room, sleep pods, massage chairs, exercise room and more
  • Staff- Full time Community Management Team (operations to reception), cleaning service, and IT staff
  • Pantry offering – Coffee, tea, fruit water, filtered water, snacks, refrigerators, microwaves, and utensils
  • Events- 3-5 events each week – ranging from happy hours, AM dance parties to panel discussions and networking nights
  • Business Address- Use of our street address + mail/package handling
  • Printing- Wireless B&W + Color printers/scanners/copiers

Can I bring and store my food at WORQ?

Of course! Just make sure it’s labelled so things don’t get confusing in the communal fridge. If it’s not labelled, we will throw it out after a week.

Are Hotdesk and Dedicated Desk memberships really month-to-month?

Absolutely! Our flexi-lease provides you with the stability of having an office with the flexibility we know all startups, small businesses and freelancers need.

Could I buy a pass just for the day?

Yup – this costs RM30 (for member) or RM40 (non-member) and an be purchased online or from the front desk.

Is a deposit required to secure my membership?

Yup – a refundable deposit is required for bookings. This will be returned promptly after your membership ends if the Membership Agreement has been adhered to.

What are the operational hours of WORQ?

Our staff are onsite between 9am and 9pm to assist you. The space is accessible to all members by access card 24/7.

How do printing credits work?

All memberships come with RM20/per pax printing credits (one-off) to get you started. If you need additional credits,  they can be purchased at the front desk.

How do meeting credits work?

All memberships come with monthly meeting room credits. Bookings are done via the internal WORQ website.

Where do I park at Glo Damansara?

There are 700 covered parking spaces in Glo Damansara mall (First 3 hours: RM1; subsequent hour RM1). For our members, we offer lower parking rates (RM10 for more than 8 hours) and can you can also apply for season passes (RM150/month). Also, surrounding buildings Menara Glomac and Menara TH also offer covered parking spaces.

Can I bring guests to the space?

Yes! All visitors just have to register at the front desk to get access. If the visit is longer than 2 hours or your have more than 3 visitors, we would advise that you book a meeting room.

Can I spend the night in the sleep pods?

Unfortunately no,. sleep pods are meant for short siestas during the day to maximise productivity, not for sleepovers.

When do I have to let WORQ know if I want to cancel my membership?

All memberships last until the end of the term and cancellations will not be prorated. Hotdesk and dedicated desks are on month by month terms. Private suites are on a pre-determined fixed term. All terms end at the end of a calendar month. For Private Suite customers who want to renew their membership, they need to notify WORQ latest by 1 month prior to the end of their term, else they will be assumed to not be renewing and their suite will be opened for customers on the waiting list.

When are my membership fees due?

On the 1st of every month. You have 7 days to settle your outstanding amounts before charge late fees and/or terminate your membership.

What happens if I lose my access card?

Let the front desk know and we’ll re-issue a card to you at a replacement fee of RM20.

How do I review my monthly invoice?

You can review your invoices any time online via the WORQ internal site.
