What can I use the event space for?
Our versatile event spaces are perfect for a variety of functions, including workshops, seminars, product launches, meetings, and more. Let our team know your event requirements, and we can recommend the best space for you.
What about coffee and tea?
Complimentary filtered water is available for all event users. Full pantry access, which includes coffee and tea, can be arranged for a nominal fee of RM5 per person. We also have panel caterers if you require more extensive F&B options.
What is the minimum number of participants for the promo price?
The promotional rate of RM68/pax is applicable for groups of 20 or more participants. However, if your group is smaller, we'd be happy to provide a custom quotation based on our standard rates.
What happens after I submit the enquiry form?
Our sales team will contact you within one business day to provide a detailed quotation and discuss the next steps for confirming your booking.

Pricing & Capacity

The promotional rate of RM68 per person is applicable for groups of 20 or more. If the total promotional price is higher than our standard room rental price (rack rate), you will only pay the lower rack rate.

Package Exclusions

The promotional fee covers the rental of the event space only. Food and beverage (F&B) services are not included but can be arranged separately. This is a self-service space rental. Organisers are responsible for their own setup, teardown, and event coordination.

Complimentary Amenities

Your space rental includes complimentary use of high-speed internet, a water dispenser, a whiteboard with stationery, and a standard sound system with a microphone.

Booking & Event Dates

  • Booking must be made by September 30, 2025, to lock in this promotional price.
  • The training event can be scheduled for any available date before January 1, 2026.

Booking Confirmation

Bookings must be confirmed with full payment (including the RM500 refundable security deposit) to lock in the date. No tentative bookings will be held.

Availability

This offer is valid at all WORQ locations for events held on weekdays (Monday - Friday) between 9:00 AM and 6:00 PM. All bookings are subject to space availability and are secured on a first-come, first-served basis.

Disclaimer of Liability

  • WORQ shall not be held responsible for the loss, theft, or damage of any personal belongings of the client, their attendees, or any third-party vendors.
  • The client is solely responsible for the content of their event, the conduct of their participants, and the performance of any third-party vendors they engage.
  • All attendees and client-engaged vendors enter and use the premises at their own risk.

WORQ reserves the right to amend or end this promotion at any time without prior notice.
