Flex desk is a flexible work option in which you do not have to pay the workspace in full for team that works on a rotational basis. Instead, you can combine a private office and flex desk to save more costs.
Flex Desk allows flexibility for your team to use the Private Office, Dedicated Desk, or Hot Desk on a rotational basis without having to commit to a full-month membership for limited usage. Each active Dedicated Desk or Hotdesk membership is entitled to an additional Flex Desk pass, while an active Private Office membership is entitled to unlimited Flex Desk passes.
With a Flex Desk pass, an additional team member can access the space on the day when the seat is unutilized. We understand that at times, both persons want to access the coworking space to have discussions or meetups. Therefore, each Flex Desk comes with an additional Flex Desk Quota of Day Passes.
There are two types of Flex Desk passes, namely Flex Desk 3, which gives an extra 3 full-day access to the team at the rate of RM100 per person per month, and Flex Desk 10, which gives an extra 10 full-day access to the team at the rate of RM250 per person per month.
Illustration 1: A Hot Desk with a Flex Desk 3 allows two persons to access the coworking space on different days, except for 3 days in the month when both of them can come to the space together on the same day.
Illustration 2: A Hot Desk with a Flex Desk 10 allows two persons to access the coworking space on different days, except for 10 days in the month when both of them can come to the space together on the same day.
Illustration 3: A 4-pax Private Office membership with eight Flex Desk 3 allows a team of twelve to come in daily on a rotational basis, up to four persons a day without using any Flex Desk Quota. There will be a total of 24 Flex Desk Quota of Day Passes allocated to the company and the team members can utilize the Flex Desk Quota when more than four of them need to come into the office on any day.
If the Flex Desk Quota is fully used up, additional usage will be charged at the Day Pass rate for the specific outlet.
The Flex Desk Quota is calculated and consumed on a daily basis, between 12 am to 11.59 pm. If there are two different access on the same day, one Flex Desk Quota will be utilized.
Flex Desk pass is an add-on to your existing membership plan on a monthly rolling basis. You can cancel your Flex Desk pass anytime with a 30-day notice. Please note that activation and cancellation of the Flex Desk pass will not affect your existing membership plan and tenure.
