How many people can a Private Office accommodate?

Our Private Offices start small enough for 4 people, with no upper limit on capacity. They are ideal for small to medium-sized businesses seeking exclusive office space with lower upfront costs and time savings compared to traditional office renting or buying. For larger companies with more than 20 people who require customized office solutions, our “Enterprise Solution” product is the perfect fit.

Will I be sharing my Private Office with other people?

No, a Private Office at WORQ is exclusively yours, ensuring private access to your workspace. However, some amenities such as the lounge area, pantry, and printer are shared with other members to foster community and collaboration.

Do I get 24-hour access to the Private Office?

Yes, with a Private Office plan, you can access your office at any time, day or night.

Can I use my Private Office's WORQ location as my business address?

Of course! All Private Office members are entitled to use the WORQ location as their official business address.

What are the amenities available for Private Office members?

Private Office members enjoy a range of amenities including 24/7 access, high-speed WiFi, access to phone booths, printers and scanners, mail handling, cleaning services, and free-flow coffee and snacks.

Do I have access to the printer?

Yes. Members are given RM20 one of during first sign up, the printing cost is RM0.10 for black & white printing and RM0.50 for color printing. Members can always approach our front desk to top up, they will be charged in their upcoming bill.

Can I set up a phone line in my Private Office?

Yes, you can. Please reach out to our front desk for further assistance.

Can I customize the layout of my Private Office?

Yes, your office comes furnished. While you can personalize your office with your choice of furnishings and decorations, please note that structural changes, such as adding partitions or altering built-in structures, are not permitted.

Will I have access to other coworking outlets?

You can get an All Access pass to your membership for work from any WORQ location as a Hot Desk user. Purchase your pass from the front desk to enjoy this flexibility.

Can I bring guests?

Yes, feel free to bring up to 3 guests for 3 hours, free of charge. Your guests are welcome to use the amenities under your membership account during their visit.

What is the termination policy for a Private Office?

To cancel your Private Office subscription, you must provide 2 months’ notice in writing. Should you choose to terminate your agreement early, you will be required to pay for the remaining tenure of your contract as part of the early termination policy.

What are WORQ’s operational hours?

We are open 24/7, with staff available to assist you from 9 AM to 6 PM, Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays).

What are the operating hours of the air conditioning?

These are the operating hours of the air conditioner on weekdays, excluding public holidays:

WORQ KL Sentral: 9am – 6pm

WORQ Bangsar: 8am – 6pm

WORQ TTDI: 9am – 10pm

WORQ Bangsar South: 8am – 10pm

WORQ Subang: 8am – 10pm

WORQ Mutiara Damansara: 9am – 6pm

WORQ Sunway Putra: 10am – 10pm

WORQ Intermark: 8am – 6pm (9am-1pm on Saturdays)

Additional hours are available upon request with charges.
