Physiotherapist and Founder of Habilitar Limited

Li-Yeng is a physiotherapist specialising in musculoskeletal health. She has worked in both public and private health settings in Singapore and is now based in northeast England. Her approach is grounded in prevention and health promotion, with a life course and whole person perspective.
Li-Yeng has conducted numerous health education lectures to the public and to groups within private organisations, written health education articles for various publications, been interviewed on podcasts, and provided ergonomic consultations to companies and patients alike. When Covid-19 hit and changed the way we live, work, move, and connect, Li-Yeng wanted to use her strengths, skills, knowledge, and experience to help facilitate healthy remote working.
